Job Description:

This role will encompass creating original content for Instagram and TikTok to appeal to our target audience. You will be a super creative individual who loves fashion and accessories and is capable of creating content that is appropriate to the audience we sell to. You'll be constantly coming up with new ideas and creating 'on-brand' content.

We're really looking for someone who knows their way around social media; the aim will be to increase our social following and improve our engagement. Reels, highlights, stories, and posts will be second nature to you! We might even ask you to write the odd blog.

You will need to know your way around Photoshop, as you'll be creating designs from scratch. You will be a capable graphic designer and enjoy this creative aspect of the role. You will be creating email newsletters to go alongside your social activity, and you will also be responsible for keeping the homepage of the website updated regularly.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong graphic design skills with experience in Photoshop.
• Passion for fashion and accessories.
• Excellent communication and creativity skills.

Job Description:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment and training of your retail team; delivering the highest quality customer service; acquiring a full understanding of the products; following the merchandising guidelines and maintaining impeccable store standards; exceeding your KPIs including sales targets and maximizing the store profitability.

You will be required to attend meetings as necessary and to contribute positively as part of the senior management team. Full training will be given on the day-to-day running of the store and product training will also be provided.

• Previous managerial and retail experience is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
